Market Entry and US CEO
Your US Startup needs knowledgeable representation. Our CEO package allows you to establish an US presence with a partner in charge of your business that you can communicate with on a weekly basis. Next to an US presence, we “translate” your European products and services into US best practices. The partner will be responsible for intial incoming contacts and communication from potential clients, vendors and business partners.
Go-To-Market Roll out and the second Phase
The second proactive marketing and management phase can include: effective lead generation, sales support, recruiting, sales management and alliance marketing processes to grow beyond the initial business level. We can help with identifying correct targets, making sure the value proposition is correct for the US market and execute or manage the roll out in the various markets.
